‘You’, ‘Your’ or ‘User’ is a natural or legal person who has visited the Data Controller’s Website and whose Data is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

‘Privacy Policy’ means this Privacy Policy, which sets out the Data Controller’s basic rules for the collection, storage, processing and retention of Personal Data applicable to Users’ use of the Website.

‘Regulation’ means Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which enters into force in the European Union on 25 May 2018 and repeals Directive 95/46/EC.

6.1. The Data Controller undertakes to store the Users’ personal data for the specific period of time specified in the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania and/or in this Privacy Policy, but no longer than is necessary under the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania or under this Privacy Policy for the purposes of achieving the purposes of the processing of Data.

7.1. When using our Website as a User, you have the following rights in relation to the processing of your Data:

7.1.1. To know what Personal Data we process and for what purpose;

7.1.2. To request rectification or completion of Personal Data (right to rectification);

7.1.3. To request the transfer of the Data to another controller (right to transfer);

7.1.4. To destroy any Data we hold about you (‘right to be forgotten’);

7.1.5. To request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Data on one of the following legitimate grounds (right of restriction);

7.1.6. To object to the processing of your Personal Data where it is processed or intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes.

7.2. Based on the Personal Data you provide, profiling of your Personal Data for direct marketing may be carried out in order to offer you customised solutions and offers. You may withdraw or object to the processing of your Personal Data by automated processing, including profiling, at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy.

7.3. You have the right to submit any request or instruction related to the processing of your Personal Data to the Data Controller in writing at the contact details (email or postal address) specified in this Privacy Policy.

7.4. Upon receipt of such a request or instruction, the controller shall provide a reply within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the request at the latest, and shall carry out the actions referred to in the request or refuse to carry them out, stating the grounds for refusal. If necessary, the period may be extended by a further two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. In this case, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the request, the Data Controller shall inform the User of such extension, together with the reasons for the delay.

7.5. If the User notices unlawful processing of his/her Data or in the event of a dispute with the Data Controller, he/she shall have the right to apply at any time to the out-of-court dispute resolution authority in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate, in accordance with the procedure set out in its website, which is available here.

7.6. The Data Controller may not allow the User to exercise the above-mentioned rights, with the exception of the refusal to consent to the processing of Personal Data by means of direct marketing, and to apply to an out-of-court dispute resolution body in cases where it is necessary to ensure, in the cases provided for by law, the prevention, investigation, and detection of crimes, breaches of professional or official ethics, and the protection of the data subject’s or other persons’ rights and freedoms.
